Write a thorough report on how your wellness and health practice unfolded for you. The report should be about 400 words and it should address your experiences with all three weeks of applying the practice you chose for cultivating wellness and physical well-being. Try to give me some sense about how your experiences unfolded across the first, second and third week of this experiment. Describe the frequency with which you did the practice and what you experienced. Also describe the extent to which you feel you might be interested in continuing that practice in the future — or adapting it to make it a better fit for you.
