During times of national crisis, United States presidents have made controversial decisions affecting civil liberties. Two such decisions were
Woodrow Wilson’s signing of the Espionage and Sedition Acts
Franklin D. Roosevelts executive order to relocate Japanese Americans

Directions:

Use both of the presidential decisions affecting civil liberties listed in the historical context and for each:
    Describe the historical circumstances that led to each decision
    Discuss an argument of those in favor of and an argument of those opposed to
each presidential decision 

You must include at least 5 scholarly sources cited in MLA format at the end of your essay.  The essay must be typed using size 12 font, you may double space the lines.
