Assignments: Assignments are due each Tuesday at 6 p.m. Late assignments will be accepted but there will be a 20% reduction from the total points possible for each class period the assignment is late. Late means after 6 PM on Tuesday. The assignments will be “Reaction Papers” to facility visits based upon the following criteria:

• How many staff were working? Too many, too few, just right?

• Was the staff attentive? Were you greeted when you arrived, etc.

• Was the facility clean? Check all locations to include the restrooms

• Physical flow of the Facility? Open, choppy, etc

• Atmosphere of the facility? Inviting, colorful, decorative?

• Was their signage? Was the signage easy to understand and helpful?

• Did the staff wear uniforms? Were they easily identifiable?

• What did you like about the experience?

• What would you change or recommend the facility improve?
