This is just a condensed version of what I believe to be the qualifications in a radiology practice. It is not unheard of for someone to start from the very bottom and work their way right to the top. Of course that would take time and effort but it is not unheard of.
The clerical support are those that answer the calls and check-in and register our patients. They are the first person our patients hear from or see. Essentially they give the first impression of the company. WE want the first impressions to our patients to be welcoming
The clinical support and the technicians are those that are hands on with the patients and take care of the reason they are visiting our facility. They do need certifications and also need to keep their licenses current to practice as our physicians do.
Finally, the executive team are the directors (HR, IT, Finance, Operations) and the CEO that oversees them. The ensure that the staff are maintaining compliance in all necessary areas and they must possess an MBA. They are the leadership team. HR has to oversee its department as the HR department is responsible for onboarding and making sure the requirements on the chart are met.
