WHY MIGHT ONE HOLD THAT KNOWLEDGE IS JUSTIFIED TRUE BELIEF?

Knowledge is considered a significance factor in the growth stages of a human being. In the 21st century to the world has become of age where every sector capitalizes on personnel knowledge and understanding of global industries. Human related skills also play a key role especially in performing various operations in an organization set up. In the human life cycle, learning is paramount as one can develop and gain new knowledge and concepts that helps one in carrying out day to activities. The human way of thinking is also shaped by the processes one undergoes through at the growth stages of life. At different levels of human growth stage, there are various lessons that we learn, and this help boost individual capacity to perform various activities on the day to day basis.

Through learning, our individual characteristic are shaped depending on the level at which we undergo through the learning process. In today’s modern world, many people are in search for knowledge from different institutions. As from a young age, children are being introduced to new concepts in order to improve their thinking capacity and improve their performances. From a tender age, learning to a large extent may determine individual future, especially on one’s career. In addition, our individual characteristics are also shaped through the learning process we undertake in life.

Individual beliefs at some point, determines people inner self-drive, more so when we seek to satisfy a need. But through the learning process, transformation tends to take shape in relations to how we make choices. People tend to go against their beliefs, after gaining new knowledge about something, and for this reason changing their behavior reactions compared to what one would be expected of them. According to (Descartes 1983, pp. 17-67) he argued that people tend to refuse to accept the truth even after having acquired facts on a certain issue and for this reason not really following what one believes in. Our virtues may also be significantly influenced by our beliefs, though, through learning processes, individuals can as well get a better understanding of what is right or wrong.  Knowledge plays a key role in changing our understanding of diverse issues, and through gained knowledge, many people can form their beliefs.

At the early stages of human growth young kids interacts with many people especially their parents, teachers or either extended members of the family. Though this interactions individual believes is shaped by new knowledge gained through this interactions. But this rarely determines on ones future beliefs. Sometimes, one may argue that our attitude is shaped through life stages learning process, because the decisions to which we make can only be determined by the point at which we gain new concepts.

According to (Woods, 2008 pp. 18) he argued that beliefs may be changed depending on individual situations, where he argued that some people may do things not because they don’t have the facts but because of ignorance they tend to behave vice versa from theirs believes either due to wishful thinking. Through new knowledge learnt, the interpretation is very important, where we can either base our arguments or beliefs on facts but at the same time some people may commit a vice arguing on the bases of his or her belief.

Our morals may be also based on our beliefs, but in the long run as we gain new knowledge every time we learn something new, this beliefs are due to change. Individual behaviors at to some point depend on one’s belief. There are people who may argue that due to their beliefs it is right or wrong to do certain things, and this is also reflected in individual attitude. As humans are introduced to new things, learning takes place and knowledge are acquired. Through this knowledge, individuals develop a certain attitude towards an object. This plays a key role in determining what a person may perceive to be right or wrong. But at the same time this may vary from one person to the other as people personalities are different.

Major influential factor on individual perception is highly dependent on individual knowledge.  Through our day to experiences, many people tend to learn new thing either good or bad. Through these experiences, people are introduced to new concepts that tend to build their perceptions towards situations. All people think differently, on the same occasions we also grow up in different places and family set up. With this reason our learning process may vary from one person to the other, the same applies to individual interpretations of the knowledge gained.

From an organizational setup knowledge from different disciplines is of major significance in achieving organizational objectives.

Many organizations seek to recruit different personnel with different thinking capacity in order to meet different consumer demands. Constantly, organizations have also tried to develop and adopt a culture that would act as guiding principle in achieving organizational goals. Many have for this reason turned to training their employees on certain concepts in order for them to believe in a common culture. With this many organizations have adopted a certain culture that individuals have to believe in while carrying out their duties.
