Based on your research, is there any relationship between ERP and CRM? Are they two separate systems? In other words, if an organization is planning to install CRM or ERP, is CRM part of the ERP system or a stand-alone unit? Is CRM or ERP usually sold as a turnkey system when it is deployed? How often does it lead to technical issues as you pointed out in the third question?
