:We are focusing the research of our project on the contributing factors of depression. Depression, defined as a mood disorder characterized by a persistent sadness and a drop in interest, is common among the population.Policy/Managerial Implication:By understanding the causes and linked factors of depression, it may become easier to prevent and treat this ailment. Employees who are depressed lose productivity and are less positive at work.
