Wal-Mart provides a large number of quality products under one roof and is the biggest chain of retailer and consumer. These include clothing, grocery, pharmacy, toys, hardware and various, consumer electronics, books etc. Additionally, every Wal-Mart has McDonalds where people can eat and have a break while shopping. It also has a photo shop so people can do shopping while their photos get ready. Wal-Mart is basically an original establishment of Sam Walton who opened the first Wal-Mart store during 1962. The company employs 2.2 million associates worldwide and serves 200 million customers each week at more than 10,000 stores in 27 countries (Spotts, 2005). Walmart faces labor related lawsuits every year, which costs millions of dollars for the company. The company is condemned for poor work conditions, low wages, and unpaid overtime work.
