Write a 4-page paper that describes the four areas you want to improve to become a better manager. Include the following points in your analysis. Include a specific action plan for each of the four areas as appendices to the paper.

2. Be a motivator to employees, encourage and appreciate
3. Relax on micromanaging and trust employees
