Two-In-One Mechanical Insulation Heat Tracing System
Product Overview
Description:
The Two-In-One Mechanical Insulation Heat Tracing System is a product for frost protection on plumbing & mechanical systems. Currently this product is only available in two separate systems and applications.
The first is called Heat Trace as The second is called Pipe Covering Insulation
shown in the picture below: as shown in the picture below:

The Two-In-One system combines the two applications shown above and provides an installation process that saves time and cost.

Specifications:
Three colors are available for the Insulation:
– White for Traditional Systems
– Green for Portable Systems
– Yellow for Non-Traditional Systems
Function:
The Two-In-One Mechanical Insulation Heat Tracing System functions as a one-step-installation product that makes the installer’s job quicker and easier. Instead of an electrician installing the heat trace wire and the (?person who installs insulation?) installing the insulation over the heat trace, one installer can now be trained to install the Two-In-One System all at one time which will save time and cost.
GLOSSARY
Heat Trace A system used to maintain or raise the temperature of pipes and vessels.
Pipe Covering Insulation thermal or acoustic insulation used on pipework (applications: pipe freezing, condensation control, energy saving, protection against extreme temperatures, control of noise)
