Instructions:
Several controversies surround the Paseo Caribe real estate development project in San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico. While reflecting on the lessons learned by industry participants, Jos’ Antonio Moreno, president of the Puerto Rico Architects and Landscape Architects Association, is looking for ways the association can encourage industry actors to handle conflict in a less confrontational manner. You have the mandate to analyze the negotiation from the perspective of each party and answer the following seven questions.
