THE FEEDBACK I GOTE IS (3 POINTS):
1. The introduction describes the situation of the organization. A sketch of the trend in the field of the role of HRM ( from the organization) misses the intro. An argument is missing.
2. The theoretical framework deals with three themes and presents by theme multiple authors with outdated literature. The consistency of the themes is not clear.
3. The conclusion is not tested in practice, This is certainly not evident from the essay. The finding “answers ” / considers a question of organization . This does not fulfill the exam guidelines. The paper is set in totality as a practical research, while the examination requires an essay , and that requires a different structure.
