In this Assignment, you revisit the case study entitled “What Went Wrong at University Hospital” from your Week 4 Assignment, and which is also included in this week’s Learning Resources. For the purposes of this Assignment, you will now examine Appendix C: What Went Wrong at University Hospital (Part 2). As you further investigate this case study, focus your attention on transfer-of-training and post-training support. Then, develop strategies for HR to promote organizational change.
