Outline a tentative agenda/schedule that details the time the training session will take to complete. The training session you will be designing will need to be 1 hour long.
List any supporting materials you think you will need for the training session.

VISUAL AID ASSIGNMENT
Create an 8-10-slide visual aid presentation to accompany your training. Do the following:

Use presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint to create a visual aid to accompany part or all of your training.
Use your knowledge of effective communication as well as principles of sound presentation design.
In the notes section of each slide briefly explain how the slide will be incorporated into the training program to help the learners gain the desired outcomes.
While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
