Brief Instructions:
Students will outline a training and development plan for an employee in a healthcare setting. The position chosen may be for a clinical or administrative employee. Students will outline the components of the position such as how culture, motivation, methods, and quality measurement system for performance are identified. This paper will include any physical or emotional requirements an employee in this position may need. Students will define the purpose and importance to the manager of having a well-defined training and development plan, and how a manager would implement and audit performance. This should be a 5-7 page paper, in APA format, and included a minimum of 5 professional references.
