3. Propose appropriate training (like case studies, classroom/ lectures, gamification methods) and assessment methods. Explain how the training methods are aligned to the intended learning outcome and how the measurement of the learning is valid and reliable.
4. Delineate the resources required to implement the training programme. Include any other investments that may be necessary. (Design a training program)
