Trade exhibition, reflective paper

Required to write a “Reflective Paper” after the project.
The reflective paper should at least address all or some of the following aspects in addition to anything else you may want to include. Try to limit it to 2 pages single space typed if possible but the 2 page limit is NOT a mandatory requirement.
• General experiences of working on a cross-cultural and collaborate project (good? bad? level of enjoyment? learning?)
• Which skills you believe you have developed/improved on
• Challenges you faced and how you overcame them
• Best or noteworthy experiences of working on a cross-cultural and collaborate project
• What you would do differently in a similar project
• How you think this experience may have benefited you in future employment and enterprise development
• Anything else you want to mention
