RESEARCH /PROJECT GUIDELINES

A. TASK: Students (2-4persons) will conduct research/study on the topic related to theories, principles and issues discussed in Total Quality Management in Qatar Arways

B. FORMAT: The paper should be substantial from introduction to research findings, typed in double-spaced and observed APA style of referencing. Minimum of 5 pages for individual and 10 pages for group is required . Appendices such as information sheet and other relevant materials be included. All references must be cited in the paper.
The paper will be graded based on its content as it relates to the depth of issues, evidence of reading and research, style and grammar.
B. OUTLINE:
I INTRODUCTION( Profile /background of the case/organization and the principle relevant to the study)
II THEORITICAL FRAMEWORK( The topic in the slides that is important to your study)
III METHODOLOGY( What is the source of your data? Did you do the survey, interview/observation? Did you get data on the website? Discuss)
IV RESULTS AND FINDINGS( What did you learn out of the data you gathered ? Are principles applied in the study/organization)
V SUMMARY,CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
