f) Drinking and driving

3) Develop a plan for how you will start the transition of ending you group.

a) Assume that one participant must be referred to ongoing services. Describe

how you, as the counselor, will handle this referral for continued services.

Will you continue with individual services, refer to another therapist, or

refer to another group?

4) APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

5) This assignment uses a grading rubric. Instructors will be using the rubric to grade the assignment; therefore, students should review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the assignment criteria and expectations for successful completion of the assignment.

6) Submit Group Design Part 3 to the instructor by the end of Module 6
