For Milestone Four, you will submit your third journal, in which you will focus on the Action Plan section (Section IV) of your stress management action plan.
Specifically the following critical elements must be addressed:

a) Rewrite the three personal or professional goals you identified in Section II-a as DAPPS goals (dated, achievable, personal, positive, specific). These
three larger goals will inform your sub-goals for stress management.
b) Consider the DAPPS goals you identified in Section IV-a, and identify three sub-goals that address ways you can better cope with stress as you work
towards your larger goals. These three goals become your action steps. Like your three main goals, your sub-goals should be DAPPS.
c) Explain how each supporting action step you identified relates back to psychological concepts and the stressors of your own daily life. How,
specifically, will accomplishing each of these goals help to minimize your stress? What specific benefits do you think you will gain from achieving your sub-goals?

Personal Stress Experience Journal
In this 21st century, stress is a fact of the human nature that is unavoidable. Stress experiences have affected me in all levels of education life. One of the psychological stressors that I have gone through is academic pressure. I have been hugely affected by large volumes of homework and exams. Over the years, academic pressure has denied me time for my leisure activities and time to rest.
It is often that people’s desires never end. Some of my personal goals include health, social and spiritual goals. In health goals, I would like to have a fit body and reduce my consumption of processed foods. I will achieve this goal by finding a motivation and making a plan. Social goals will include living my life ethically without issues. I will only associate with morally good friends to attain the social goals. Spiritual goals will involve going to church and seeking God more. Being near people who inspire me towards spiritual things will provide an ideal support for my goals accomplishment.
Professional goals are imperative to a person that wants to make an impact in their lives. What I plan in my professional life is not just to work in big organizations but to be highly skilled, competent, and empathetic and loving in every case that I come across. An ideal situation that will assist me in attaining this goal is through education. I will never allege to know all, but I will be teachable and humble. I will also continue with my education to learn more and later find a mentor.
Holmes and Rahe stress scale was introduced by psychiatrists Thomas Holmes and Richard Rahe that indicates that stress contributes to illness (Smith, 2015). My Holmes and Rahe self-assessment results indicate that I have a high or a very high risk of becoming ill in future. These results were shocking, and I had to repeat the tests severally but resulted in similar results. The findings may in a positive way impact my ability to reach the personal goals. Now that I know I have a high risk of getting an illness, I will stick to my personal health goals and make sure that I always eat healthily. Being healthy will largely affect my ability to achieve my career goal.
