As you review your unit’s scorecard for the quarter, you notice a negative outcome has been identified related to the development of hospital acquired pressure ulcers.
Working in teams of three (assigned by your instructor), design a strategy to achieve positive outcomes by the end of the budget year. Adjust staffing to meet desired outcomes based on evidence based rationale by answering the following questions.
