Final Project Milestone, you will prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Consider this as something to be presented to the organization’s board of directors or executive team. The presentation must include an overview of the organization’s current compensation program, a discussion of current trends in compensation, and suggestions for modifications to the compensation plan. Suggestions must be explained and supported with research. This presentation should be 15–20 slides in length. You can use the NOTES section to add details. This milestone is graded using the Presentation Rubric.
