It is with health care research financing. Each special interest group feels their needs are most important, and every country has different research priorities depending on the health care needs. Often, where the funding goes is not necessarily a result of who needs it the most. Rather, the resources are usually allocated to those who can best justify their needs. You will assume the role of an international health care organization prioritizing projects and ask for research funding. Read Chapter 6 (file uploaded). 1. Identify the top 3 research issues or projects in the public health care domain of France. For each (3) research issue or project: Write a paragraph that introduces the research issue or project and explains the importance. Estimate what can be accomplished with minimal funding, and estimate the cost. Estimate what can be accomplished with full funding, and estimate the cost. Identify the time frame for each (minimal funding and full funding) option. 2. The funding allocation from among the 3 of the research issue or project of France is 200 million dollars. Demonstrate appropriate methods for spending the funds. Document funding decisions and justify choices. Explain tradeoffs and rationale. Note: Do not write introduction & conclusion. You can research on the Internet or books/journals & you can add additional references.
