Read Chapter 1 by Widdicomb and Somerfield(pages 1-15) and,

1. Prepare a summary or reflection paragraph(s) to assigned chapter (two paragraphs).  This can summarize what you learned, and/or expand on your feelings or reflections on the material, and how it links to other classes or areas of your own life.

2. Prepare two questions you have related to the reading. These may be clarifying questions, or expansions on the topic that came to mind as you were reading.
