Synthesis

There is no singular definition of the existential-humanistic approach, but this approach does incorporate values, beliefs and practices from both existential and humanistic traditions. Write a 300 word (approximately 1 page, excluding references) succinct synthesis that captures some of the main themes of the existential-humanistic approach. You may illustrate these themes with brief reference to specific approaches (e.g. Gestalt, person-centred counselling, logotherapy etc.).

Your synthesis may have 5 references maximum. Please write in APA format and style, i.e. double-spaced and 12pt font. References must be APA format.
