The instructions given are “write an essay of 4000 words on one of the topics below, referring to at least two of the literary texts on the course.” It is for the subject of English Literature and Modernity.

The two texts I have chosen are “Crash” by J.G. Ballard and “Nights at the Circus” by Angela Carter.

The paper should be in double space, Times New Roman, 12 Font, Top and bottom margins of 21mm (2.1cm) and left and right margins of 32mm (3.2 (cm).

The word count includes footnotes and bibliography. The instructions state that the word count should not exceed the 4000 word limit as there is no 10% margin in either direction.
