This week we are to give a brief introduction to our study. The study that I am working on is about abortion. Is it ok to abort a pregnancy due to rape or birth defects? In last week’s assignment with our charts we seen that there was an astounding 47.7 % that said yes! And our charts showed for the aborting due to birth defects said 46.6 agreed with aborting the unborn child as well. I still am shocked that so many would agree to kill their unborn child because of a birth defect. I cannot say too much for the becoming pregnant due to a rape that in itself is a lot to handle and deal with and then to have a baby from it. But still one could put it up for adoption if they could not handle raising the baby.
My question is – Is it ok to abort a pregnancy due rape or serious birth defects?
With that being said my two variables are rape and birth defects and does that make it OK for them to abort their unborn child.
Here are is my crosstab tables. Please let me know If I have anything wrong or need to swap things. I am trying my hardest to figure these out. I am up for any opinions and views. Thanks in advance.

First we have the summery of rape or for any reason such as birth defects. They are both pretty close with one another one being 60.8% and the other coming in at 60.7% if I am reading it right.

This is a breakdown of just aborting due to being raped. Numbers are 58.5% saying yes they would. With 41.5.5 saying no they would not.

The last one is having serious birth defects. The women who would say yes to abortion was 58.9% and the ones who said they would not come in a little lower this time
