Analyze six provisions of the Texas Constitution, including two major provisions for each branch. You will need to research the criticisms and attempts to change major provisions of the Texas Constitution, especially the 1975 Constitutional Convention and the proposed new constitution in 1991.
Examples of major provisions that you may use in your paper are the biennial legislative session (legislative branch), the plural executive (executive branch) and the partisan election of judges (judicial branch). Since you need two provisions for each branch, you will need to choose a second major provision for the legislative, executive and judicial branches.
