How can the use of genetics be a powerful tool in preventing crime in the future? •Compare and contrast the principles of retributive justice and restorative justice. From a victim’s point of view, which is more beneficial? •Determine whether the legal system and programs to assist victims are effectively meeting victims’ needs and fulfilling reasonable desires.
