The Legalization of Marijuana

Paper instructions:
Discuss why states are moving toward legalization of marijuana to varying degrees, while the federal government remains entrenched in a strict anti-marijuana

policy.

Minimum of 1500 words (not counting Works Cited Page) maximum of 2400 (5-8 typed pages, double spaced, in 12 point font)

Minimum of 5 Sources Max 10. Sources must be used and cited, following MLA guidelines. The sources must come from the following categories:
One Scholarly journal, one magazine, one newspaper, one bool and one website. Additional sources can come from any legitimate media.

Two sources must be at least 1000 words in length.
Photo Copies or Print Outs of all the sources (just individual pages you cited from) must be turned in with the paper
