In 2016 many different working conditions exist beyond simple and permanent full time roles in an organisation. The nature of work has also changed. Automation is a key component of manufacturing workplaces and in the service industry automated answering and on line ordering process have become the norm.

2. Write a critical review on the changing nature of work and implications for managers. Explore the kinds of changes and associated working conditions for employees in a large organisation. Your report must cover the following points:
