**Book tile: “Teaching As A Performing Art”, by Seymour B. Sarason, foreword by Maxine Greene,1999
**5 pages total: 4 pages and the 5th page for reference
**use easy/simple vocabulary as it is my style in writing

Paper layout:

1. introduction

2. Discussion/Body
– can be up to 6 paragraphs
-chapter by chapter, you can combine 2 chapters together
-discuss the chapters
-put quotes from the chapters to support what you said (use “for example…”)
-say why you like this quote from book?
-use quotation marks and page numbers when referring to book
-use the references in the back of the book to say “Sarason agrees with…” and mention someone who agrees with Sarason (as reference)

3. conclusion
– short summary of paper
-say what did I learn from the book?
-say How did the book effect my profession as an ex-teacher?
– say that it is a good book and recommend it to teachers etc…
