Main Task: Examine the Legal Aspects of Teacher Contracts (10 Points)

For this Activity, you have read Chapters 1 and 10 in your textbook, School Law and the Public Schools, and you visited several links related to the legal aspects of teacher contracts. For your first task, please choose one of the following options:

Utilize the website review links provided in the pre-activity and select two or three contracts to analyze. Your analysis should include, but is not limited to the following:

Identify the differences of each, which contract you as a teacher would prefer and what ramifications may some clauses in the contract have on student achievements; either positive or negative. Your response must thoroughly justify your reasoning.

References (5 scholarly resources minimum – either scholastic journals or case law; but other appropriate sources can be included!)
