Take the information from the leadership metric/quizes and write a 2-3 page reflection on how well you think the tools reflect who you are as a Leader, a Learner, a follower and your personality.

Were the results what you expected? How does knowing this information, as well as being aware of other styles affect the way you interact with other people.

It is good to have an understanding of who you are when you enter a situation with other people. These tools can also give you an understanding of how you may interact with someone who associates with a different style.
