For this assignment you will submit two brief summaries of the two chapters you choose to review. The summaries should be around 500 words or less. Brief and efficient are key ideas here. You do not necessarily have to absorb the chapters in their entirety. Your summaries should identify the person responsible for the theory, a brief overview of the theory and how it can be applied to improve communication, and a quick review of the basic elements of the theory.
