After completing the PowerPoint, please select “Save As”, and then select “PDF” before submitting your assignment to the dropbox. Be sure to include all of the following questions below in the Power Point document, and submit both your PDF and PowerPoint files to the M2: Assignment 2 Dropbox. Be sure to cite any references used or information from outside sources using APA format. Use yourself as a personal application example within the presentation.

Identify some of types of major stressors in life. Give your own example of application.
Explain how stressors affect each of the following areas in an individual’s emotional well-being, self-esteem, relationships, and physical health. Give your own example of application.
Write out a coping strategy for managing and dealing with stress factors. Be specific and realistic regarding which coping tools and strategies you would use and how they might eliminate, reduce, or manage that stressor as you use your example to demonstrate.
