The hospitality industry segments focus on three key areas: Who are the customers? What needs do they have? And How to satisfy their needs? The business’ level of success is determined by how accomplished you and your staff are serving others.

The hospitality industry’s mainstay consists of customer service. Since businesses hinge on providing services the industry relies on customer’s satisfaction and meeting them needs. Customers are visiting the business to get away from their troubles. A bad experience might keep them from returning ever again. Brand loyalty is very important to these customers, so companies do their best to provide the best service. (What Exactly is the Hospitality Industry?)
Hospitality is on the of the most defining characteristics of Indian Culture. As you walk through the Culture Center, what you see is something remarkable. The hospitality of natives and non-natives working together as one. You will see a glimpse of their heritage. You will see part of their culture. You will see a story that’s already written with no ending. You will see their ancestors smiling down on them because their hard work was not lost.
Companies hire employees based on skill and behavior. Most of these employees are great with customers, and they can flawlessly give the customer what he or she needs. Another defining aspect of the hospitality industry is its theme. (What Exactly is the Hospitality Industry?) For example, the main feature of the Cultural Center is to attract customers of a tribal culture and traditions. The dance arena itself covered with a vast tee pee style roof, but open air at the bottom and in the main entrance. The highlight includes a massive, covered dance arena with a considerable large space, stick game and dressing/shower space for dancers and also included are some teepee villages customers can experience the Native Culture. A Pow Wow in a tourist destination’s back yard is key. Instead of just being one of 1,000 business’ touting the attractions of a certain destination, tour operators, and travel agents experience firsthand what the city can offer their vacation-minded clients. The mission is to work out every detail of a Cultural Center with lodging, welcoming the people, to people acting as tour guides as they visit the area. The objective is to teach dancing, drumming, and singing, to eat and re-establish family connections and make new friends. The Strategy is to provide the opportunity to build a bridge of understanding between the regions’, Tribes, and visitors of all cultures. Longhouse Education and Cultural Center at Evergreen.) And offer a resource for non-Natives interested in the dynamics of cultural exchange and alternative learning styles. The location of the Cultural Center is equidistant from other Tribes in the Pacific Northwest. Close to an urban population to ensure a steady stream. The tactics are to promote hospitality with multicultural and intercultural, to give access to information on Native cultures and a teaching area for traditional singing, dancing, storytelling and ceremony.

Conclusion
