Choose a company,(U.S. company)and make a strategic plan for management to apply green and sustainable management practices that will be presented to the CEO of the company.

Please note: this is not an analysis of a company about their PRESENT position on sustainability, the company in question does not have a sustainability plan in place, therefore you must prepare a proposal.

Include
1. Environmental scanning; internal and external about the sustainability strategy of competitors (SWOT Analysis).
2. Strategic formulation for your company
3. Strategic implementation of the green initiative you will propose to your CEO
4. Evaluation and control of the plan you will implement that aims at achieving competitive advantage through sustainability. (You may refer to the recent environmental disaster in the Gulf of Mexico and how BP could regain a competitive position by using the ?Green and Sustainable Development? strategy.
