Statistics from Your Field of Study or Local Area – Use Google Scholar or the Library tab on Blackboard to find a study conducted in a field of your interest or your major that provides information on both standard deviation and testing a hypothesis. Describe the study and explain how the standard deviation and the hypothesis tests are used, the importance of the data, what you find the most interesting about the study, and why the public should know.
