Do you think voter ID laws are necessary? Why or why not. Do you believe that voter ID laws disenfranchise voters who are disproportionately members of minority groups or the poor? Why or why not?

At a time when the nation is trying to produce workers with the skills to master new technologies and adapt to complexities of global economy, this decline in state educational investment is cause for concern, according to the authors of the study. Review the study. In each section compare where California falls in relation to other states when it comes to spending per student, spending cuts and educational job cuts. Is there cause for concern? Do you think the quality of education will affect Californians? What are the possible unintended consequences?
