COLLAPSE
After careful consideration the employee that I would terminate is Rick Feinberg from Stanton Title Insurance Company. This decision is based on several factors ranging from work ethics to EEO issue
Rick Feinberg is a future liability to the company. His frequent antagonizing behavior towards his colleagues can be considered harassment. According to the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, “to be unlawful, the conduct must create a work environment that would be intimidating, hostile, or offensive to reasonable people” (U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). Furthermore, according to the ADEA Stanton Title Insurance Company can be held liable for his behavior since they knew about the harassment beforehand and failed to take corrective action.
