In your answer you should in particular identify any prospective areas for dispute between professional players and/or Olympic athletes and their agents, employing clubs and/or World/National Sports Governing Bodies which have either
(a) Yet to be definitely adjudicated upon by the European Court of Justice; or
(b) Been the subject of any earlier decision of the European Court of Justice which may be considered as a doubtful authority in light of the approach of the Court in more recent cases.
In your answer you should also indicate, with supporting reasoning, the likely outcome were the case(s) to be heard by the European Court of Justice.
