PLEASE FOLLOW REVIEWS BELOW AND REVISE AS DIRECTED THROUGHOUT USING FOUR VARIABLES ID- Spirituality, DV’s are -Stress, compassion…, and Job Satisfaction. Need more information then include these variables throughout, please BE CONSISTENT.

There are several descriptions that take THIS correlation study into a qualitative study — the hows, the speculation for change, the what type of spirituality, etc. It is likely all these descriptions need to be eliminated (DO QUANTITATIVE METHODOLOGY ).

The questionnaires are not clear. It appears you are using four questionnaires from other research efforts and then attempting to construct your own questionnaire.

It is likely that the questionnaire YOU plan to construct need to be ELIMINATED. It only complicates the research and, again, brings into question the quantitative versus qualitative methodology.

The variables were changed at the last minute before sending the RP for review. You changed from two to four variables, however, the complete RP doesn’t seem to represent and describe the four variables in a consistent manner, which is likely due to the last minute change.

The RP has to be consistent with either two or FOUR VARIABLES throughout the paper
