Socrates’ approach to death in Apology, Crito, and the Symposium

Below is a few topics for your Midterm Papers:

1) Explore Socrates’ approach to death in Apology, Crito, and the Symposium.
2) Discuss critically ideas presented on justice in Apology, Crito, and Republic Book I.
3) Explore Socrates’ dialectical method (how he asks questions, his reasoning, etc.) in Crito and Republic Book I.
4) Establish a relationship between Socrates’ ideas on love (via Diotima) in the Symposium and his teachings on the good life and virtue in Apology and Crito.
