New Horizons plans to involve the new business and IT instructors in off-campus programmes. For that they plan to offer communication workshop to business instructors and Adobe certification for IT instructors as part of training for the enhancement of their skills. In addition to this, sponsored courses are conducted outside Dubai and additional time is provided to the staff in their schedule to take on these sponsored courses. Additional allowance is provided to the faculty members for this external sponsored courses.
