– recent changes you found in your research on the country’s market or business environment regulations on corporate governance, board composition, transparency insider trading etc.
– take a look at the last 3 or 4 annual reports of the company or bank you selected and examine if you see the differences in recent annual reports compared to older ones that may be due to changes in the country’s governance or reporting regulations.
