Paper instructions:
Select a manager who directly supervises you or one that you can observe while interning and describe his/her style of management while also comparing it to one or more of the management styles learned from any of your college courses – if your college courses have not covered the subject to date students will be expected to research those styles independently
Note if this style is conducive to building positive employee morale and fosters an environment of teamwork or does it create hostility and a negative attitude amongst the front line employees
