Assignment Requirements

THIS is for the outline which should include topic and title.

Paper and Power point slides: Students will complete a Human Resource Development Project for this course. Topics and outline (1 to 2 pages) for the final paper must also be pre-approved by the professor NLT June 13, 2014. The paper should be a minimum of ten pages of content, (excluding coversheet, abstract and references, and should utilize at least ten scholarly references)plus our book. Papers must utilize APA format. Final Paper and Presentation slides due: August 8, 2014.

I would like this project to be about manufacturing and Human Resource Development. The challenges to keep on top in a globalized company. But if the company decided to move to inshoring what would be the challenges of the human resource development department and how could you still utlize the best employess around world; in an inshoring situation.

The paper will include no less than 11 references one being our book.

The last paper that was done for me for this professor; he said it needed to be more in-depth. FYI.

Need to remember this is a Ph.D paper for a Human Resource Development. So the above is just a idea how to progress.
