run-ons and comma splices

For this paper, the abstract can be taken out. There will just be a title page, 2 full pages containing 6-8 paragraphs including the introduction and conclusion, plus the final page being for references. There needs to be at least 3 references and they need to be cited through out the paper. I want no more than 2 example sentences of each way there is to fix run-on’s and comma splices. Obviously there will be no Wikipedia or .com’s used. You can use: .org, .gov, .edu, etc.
The title page will include; (my name) Jamie Mitchell, (school) Vatterott College, (class) 105 English, Instructor: Mrs. Rosie Schuster, (due date) February 18, 2016. This paper doesn’t need to have any fancy headings besides the title at the top of the page, so it’s basically just an introduction then a body and a conclusion.
Hope this doesn’t make things too complicated,
