You should assume the role of an assistant working for a firm of management consultants. You have been approached by a manufacturer specializing in up-market products for family pets which is considering expanding by opening up a pilot store within John Lewis Department Store. This is a totally new venture as they do not, as yet, have any retail presence in a department store (see below for further details).
